There are several points Rodney mentioned as he took us through portfolio management by planning a family vacation. The top items he stressed were:
- Plan well, Perform Well and Protect Well
- A trip (or project) can be long stick with it as it can be worth it!
- Start this process by creating a SWOT analysis to figure out where you are today
- Develop a strategy based on the SWOT analysis
- Above all ENGAGE the executives!
